Funded Branding & Print Packages for Northern Ireland Small Businesses
1. Promoter
This initiative is organised and administered by Impact Printing Ltd, registered in Northern Ireland. Registered address: 61 Leyland Rd, Ballycastle BT54 6EZ.
2. Eligibility

Open to self-employed professionals and small to medium-sized businesses based in Northern Ireland.

Applicants must be aged 18 or over.

Only one application per business is permitted.

Applications submitted after the stated closing date will not be considered.

Impact reserves the right to verify eligibility and request reasonable evidence of business status or location.
3. Application Process

Applications must be submitted via the official online form before the published closing date.

Providing complete and accurate information is the responsibility of the applicant.

Submission of an application does not guarantee selection.
4. Selection Process
-
A limited number of businesses will be selected to receive a funded branding and print package.

Selection will be made at the discretion of Impact.
-
Impact's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome.

Selected applicants will be contacted directly using the email address provided.
5. The Funded Packages
-
The funded packages include design studio time and printed materials as outlined on the campaign landing page.

Packages are non-transferable.

No cash alternative is available.

The scope of design work is limited to the studio time specified.

Impact reserves the right to substitute materials or production specifications where necessary due to availability or production requirements.
5.1 Spec for Packages:

Business cards format: printed full colour, both sides on 450gsm silk with a choice of matt or gloss lamination on both sides.

Roller banner format: 2150mm (H) x 850mm (W) printed full colour, single-sided on 450gsm Lightstop material, with a carry case supplied. Mechanism is guaranteed for 48 months assuming standard usage as directed for indoor events only.

Flyers format: A5, printed full colour on one side on 170gsm silk.

Letterheads format: A4, printed full colour on one side on 120gsm uncoated white stock.

Compliments slips format: 210mm x 99mm, printed full colour on one side on 120gsm uncoated white stock.

The studio time allocated to each package is estimated as sufficient to draft artwork proofs for each item in the package, based on similar projects previously completed.

If your design requirements exceed the allocated time for each package, you will be advised accordingly and provided with an estimate of the additional studio time and fee required.
6. Project Delivery

Selected businesses must respond within 7 days of notification to confirm acceptance. If a selected business does not respond, the offer will be withdrawn.

Projects must commence within a reasonable timeframe agreed with Impact.

Failure to engage within agreed timelines may result in withdrawal of the offer.
7. Publicity

Selected businesses agree that Impact may:

Feature the business name and completed work on its website, social media channels and marketing materials

Document and share elements of the design and print process
-
No confidential business information will be published without consent.
8. Data Protection

Personal data submitted as part of the application will be processed in accordance with Impact’s Privacy Policy.

Application data will be used for the purpose of administering this initiative.

Applicants who opt in to marketing communications may receive future updates. Marketing consent can be withdrawn at any time.
9. General
Impact reserves the right to:

Amend or withdraw this initiative at any time if necessary

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Northern Ireland.
